What is Squash?
Squash is a type of indoor racket sport. Squash is a racquet sport played by two (singles) or four players (doubles) in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players must alternate in striking the ball with their racquet and hit the ball onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court. If the ball bouncing on the floor more than once without hitting back consider lose.

Squash require Large cardiopulmonary functional. An hour to play squash will rate up the heart to the limits of the 80-90%, with oxygen function will reach the limit of 60-75% with oxygen.
